| Job Description: |
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, hustling, dynamic game changers to join our Business Teams as City Lead and disrupt the local food serving industry with Cheetay’s edge.
Responsibilities will include:
- Find the prospective office locations for the new city branch
- Sign up some local restaurants as you'll be critical in providing us assistance to add high net worth restaurant partners to our platform
- Achieve the best online food delivery experience for customers through the restaurant partners
- You build a team that can deliver on the targets with a potential to exceed them as well
- Take the complete ownership of the launch of a new segment
- To establish, maintain and manage strong relationships with customers, vendors, and any business prospects
- Coordination with cross functional departments to ensure a smooth launch
- Ensure that desired service levels are maintained by your team (keep in mind fail rates and delivery times)
- Measure team as well as individual performance and growth using appropriate system, tools and techniques
- Sales of innovative upselling products to existing restaurant partners
- Preparation of offers and conducting of negotiations
- Responsibility and recognition of all quantitative yet equally important qualitative objectives of the business
- A City Manager is the owner of his/her city; so we would like to work with someone who loves his/her city and knows it like anything!
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development and management
- Education: Minimum Graduate or preferably Post Graduate in Business, Economics or related field
Required Competencies:
- High level of independence, self-confidence and responsibility
- Experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Able to work cohesively, must be detail-oriented, organized with the ability to multitask
- Fluency in written & verbal communication both in English and Urdu
- Experience in restaurant industry/foodie is a plus
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills
- High degree of emotional intelligence
