Job Description: |
Responsibilities
- Develop strong positive relationships with customer based upon communication, mutual trust and ability to meet the customer needs.
- Recruit and manage Vendors for plants and other accessories
- Ability to manage all types of customers i.e. individuals, organizations and government
- Prepare and present proposals in complete and professional manner according to company standards.
- Utilize horticulture technical experience and knowledge in design and maintenance efforts.
- Close deals and renew contracts with customers and vendors
- Proper Documentation of All proposals and contracts
- Respond to all inquiries and requests for bid in timely manner.
- Manage properties by inspecting and locating problems in the landscape before the customer brings to our attention.
- Constantly pursue new ideas which could be implemented.
- Assist Team in developing digital content
- Assist team in maintaining company Database
Requirements
- Bachelors in Horticulture
- Must have at least 3+ years experience in horticulture with deep plant, flowers, seed and soil knowledge.
- Extensive knowledge of landscaping. An eye for the right design.
- Ability to present an effective sales presentation – written and verbal
- Customer centered and focused.
- Futuristic Approach.
- Service and teamwork oriented.
- Knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, flowers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Computer savvy to include use of smart phones/devices on a daily basis for sales, inventory, reports & time keeping.
- Only those with excellent work ethic, willingness to grow and learn, enthusiasm and honesty need apply.
- Willing to work individually and with teams
- Leadership qualities to manage subordinates
