Responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible to make proper arrangements in order to facilitate and implementation of best project administration services to project staff.
- Assist the Project team in overall administration and admin related arrangement for the effective implementation of project activities
- Organize project operations and procedures in coordination with project coordinator and Admin and Procurement department at Islamabad office.
- Assist the Project team in the administration of goods and services for the Project implementation.
- Control correspondences, review and address supply requisitions generated by project staff.
- Responsible for maintaining and verification of petty cash record and fixed asset register/Project inventory as per policies and Procedures.
- To ensure an appropriate filing system, and documentation at each level.
- To be responsible for outdoor activities as and when required e.g. provision and management of vehicle and their maintenance.
- Liaise with admin and Procurement officer on administrative & procurement issues
- Maintain record of project assets and submission of updated record of assets to admin and procurement officer as and when required.
- Abide by the policies, procedures and values to maintain confidentiality and best interest of the organization;
Requirements
Qualification
Masters degree with majors in Finance
Experience
2 to 3x years of experience preferably in relevant field and in development Sector with INGOs
