The following are the main responsibilities that the role holder will be accountable for: 

• Formation /reactivation of community organization (COs)/ Village Organizations (VO) and subcommittee in the project area as per need.
• Formation and reactivation of Youth Groups in project areas as per Project design and guidelines.
• Capacity building of the CO/VO/YG through orientation and in house pieces of training.
•  Resolve conflict among the target community through effective dialogue.
• Conduction of feasibility assessment surveys of identified and prioritized needs by community promoting social cohesion and peacebuilding in the area.
• Identification of beneficiaries for multiple pieces of training.
• Ensure inclusion of vulnerable and marginalized groups in project interventions.
• Ensure sustainability and maintenance of project interventions through maintaining saving habits in community.
• Proper record-keeping of project activities and maintaining village committee record registers.
• To keep Internal and external coordination when and where required.
• Conduct regular meetings with CO/VOs. YG and ensure community ownership in project activities.
• Formation and activation of reconciliation committees to promote social cohesion and peace in the area.
• Provide data to maintain a regular database system of project monitoring and evaluation.
• Ensure all activities to fieldwork are compliant with regulations and implemented in a timely and effective manner.
• Consult with the supervisor regarding appropriate adjustments in program design or implementation strategies.
• Assist and facilitate project staff at field level for smooth implementation of project activities.
• Develop case studies/success stories to reflect project impacts.
• Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.
• Ensure the timely submission of daily and weekly activities reports.
• Have to plan and design small tasks as and when required.
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
• Perform any task assigned by the supervisor as and when required.

Essential:
