| Job Description: |
- Day today Book entries and Journal Entries posting of all business Transactions
- To ensure timely closure of all billing and accounting processes.
- To ensure all monthly and annual Financial Reports are prepared accurately and on time.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
- Ensuring accurate recording of daily, monthly and yearly transactions
- Able to manage proactively all aspects of accounts
- Candidate should have prior knowledge of working in Ms Excel and Ms Word
- Should very well verse in accounting software
