• Ideal candidates should have basic knowhow of web / e-com sales & marketing and how e-com sites and delivery/payment channels operate for online sales and marketing.
• He/she shall be responsible for bringing-in new business and deepening existing client base.
• Identify prospects and convert them into customers.
• Prepare a call plan and present product features to the target audience.
• Deepening of relationships with existing clients through new offerings.
• Retention of existing customers.
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, backend services etc) to achieve service excellence.
• Fair knowledge of e-com, website development or software sales.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Adequate basic knowledge of web design, web development, delivery channels and e-payments.
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
