| Job Description: |
We are looking a Call Center Supervisor for our educational project. The individual will work closely with the Director and Manager to oversee the day to day duties and department responsibilities. .
Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight of the Call Center Department
- Identifies trends in complaints and works closely with all Departments and all levels of Management to find viable solutions
- Takes lead in answering requests to the referral in boxes
- Works with Call Center Director and Supervisor on internal Quality Assurance
- Verify work is being properly processed and completed
- Locate areas of struggle for each agent and provide immediate feedback to management
- Maintain data and keep a record
Requirements:
- Graduate in computer science
- Quick learning attitude
- Good in English/Urdu Communication
- Willing to work Rotational shifts Morning & Evening
