| Job Description: |
- Ensuring development of PQPs (Quality Improvement Plan) (if required) and QIPs (Quality Inspection Plan) for FRW project by studying contract & specification thoroughly to meet customer’s expectations/requirements comprehensively.
- Ensure Approval of PQP/QIP by clients.
- Assuring deployment of human resources and Inspection & Testing equipment as per project budget and utilize them to get time-tested results.
- Responsible to monitor and control activities having critical success factors for quality of deliverables for FRW to ensure project In-charge QA/QC executes his functional responsibilities within the budgetary provisions and in case of any deviation due to any reason get it raised through I/C Planning and Project Manager to utilize the budget on right way.
- Responsible for providing assistance to FRW Site for incoming material inspections as and when required.
- Review procurement documents to ensure that quality requirement have been correctly translated into purchase requisitions and design documents.
- Responsible to assure timely closure of all open CARs (Corrective Action Request) /PARs (Preventive action Requests) at project sites (if any).
- Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action
- Implement the QA/QC management system at FRW site.
- Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
- Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan.
- Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the customer.
- Elaborating inspection and test programs.
