Job Description:

Baby Nest Boutique is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints.


You will also be asked to place orders, do confirmation calls, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.


Key Responsibilities:



  •  Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  •  Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  •  Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  •  Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

  •  Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

  •  Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

  •  Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders. Or obtain details of complaints.
