We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic professional to join our growing team to manage following Sales Coordination and Accounts Management related activities:

Interested candidates must qualify for the following:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination activities


• Minimum 2 years of experience in basic Accounts Management and Reporting


• Must have at least bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration


• Must have good experience of using Spreadsheet software

Must be from Lahore only

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination of sales related activities such as: 


• Recording of sales in CRM, Sale Tracking System


• Tracking of sale delivery by coordinating with sales staff and other departments


• Maintenance of sales documentation (customer files) 


• Preparation of sales commission and deductions based on targets and KPIs


• Day to day sales related expenses management in expenses database


• Customer give-away items inventory management


• Mobile Phones and UAN/Regular SIMs and bill payment management


• Ensure adherence to existing business processes by sales team and suggestions for new processes


• Keeping track of Cash/Bank/Financial Instruments with presented/ unpresented/ settled/ partially settled etc., related to sales activities.


• Ensuring all business expenses are recorded in the system


• Daily cash reporting to management


• Management of accounts and basic financial reporting

Salary Band: 25 to 40k depending on the experience and qualifications.
