Responsibilities

• Finding potential customers for sales through hot and cold calling, lead research, and networking.
• Offering real estate projects to potential investors.
• Recommending specific projects based on the specific needs and desires of the customers.
• Educate prospects about the project, explain their features and benefits, and how to buy or invest in it when necessary.
• Communicate with potential investors via email, phone, or face-to-face meetings.
• Establish positive relationships with existing and potential customers and ensure a high level of customers satisfaction.
