| Job Description: |
- Monthly filing of sales tax return FBR and SRB.
- Reconciliation of sales tax return FBR and SRB with the general ledger.
- Preparation of daily sales report along with variance analysis.
- Preparation of all customer’s sales tax invoices generated for payment.
- Preparation of aging of receivables of all departments.
- Verify and process bills of suppliers and contractors
- Reconciles customers’ and suppliers’ accounts.
- E-Filing of withholding tax statements (Salary & Suppliers).
- Monthly physical stock taking and its valuation.
- Assists in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Assists in the preparation of annual financial statements.
- Liaising with other departments on a range of issues
- Coordinating with external auditors
