Job Description:

One of our clients looking for “Customer Support Officers” for consumer Banking.

Located at Sarwar road Lahore Cantt, Lahore

Skills Required: Call Center Customer Service, Representatives Customer Care, communication skill

Functional Area: Client Services & Customer Support

Total Positions: 10+ Posts

Job Type: Full Time/Permanent

Job Shift: Rotating 8 Hours

Minimum Education: Bachelors/Masters

Gender : Males & Females

Age: Max 28 Years

Career Level: Entry Level

Minimum Experience: Fresh or One year

As per below salary structure:

For Bachelor:

For Fresh 21,000 After 3 months probation period 22,000

Experience, 1-2 years 22,000 After 3 months probation period 23,000

For Master:

For Fresh 24,000 After 3 months probation period 25,000

8 Hrs per day with rotational shifts, If someone doing 2 hours extra then company will pay him 250 Allowance for the day.

For 6th working day company will pay 800 for the day.
