• Lead and manage overall operations of Procurement Department.

• Strategic Planning and Sourcing of all type of material.

• Undertake product research including potential suppliers.

• Negotiate rates with vendors and mitigate monopoly control.

• Deliver continuous improvement in supplier delivery, quality and cost.

• Critically analyze / scrutinize Purchase Requisitions.

• Analyze comparative statement as per PR.

• Ensure timely purchase & Delivery of material.

• Coordinate with store department for endorsement of bills.

• Work with inventory control to address excess or deficiency.

• Implement Procurement SOPs in its true spirit.

• Control rates and supply of fresh / dry ration.

• Ensure quality/quantity of Ration items.

• Prepare monthly report for management.
