Job Description: |
- Working closely with Unit Heads and Hiring Managers for recruiting.
- Ensure regular communication and progress updates to the Unit Heads and Hiring Managers in regard to statuses of positions.
- Making sure that all open positions are efficiently and effectively filled
- Managing Offer Negotiation, designing, delivery, resignation acceptance till On-boarding of candidates.
Telephonic Screening:
- Telephonic Interviews / Screening: Preliminary interviews to assess candidates and recommend top candidates to hiring department
Interview Scheduling:
- Ensuring candidates and Interviewers availability
- Sending Calendar invites
- Complete lifecycle of all Interview rounds.
- Interview Feedbacks / Evaluations Making Sure each record is timely filled by Hiring Managers.
