Job Description: |
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the front office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the concerned person
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Update calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting and training rooms for use
- Schedule appointments and ensure that relevant staff is notified and prepared.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable
- Proficiency in MSOffice (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries to their appropriate departments
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work multitasking and time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
