Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  •   Develop and streamline operational efficiencies
  •   Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
  •   Manage payroll and direct deposits
  •   Manage petty cash
  •   Interact with clients to secure payments
  •   Maintains files on general administration, which include invoices, accounts payable, budget and operational management.
  •   Acts as an administrative liaison with clients and vendors
  •   Answer incoming calls as necessary.

Qualification

  •   Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  •   Minimum 2 years of experience as finance and admin coordinator
  •   Proficient with MS-Office (particularly Excel & PowerPoint)
