| Job Description: |
Digitalization Officer role is meant to provide the company with continuous, objective, relevant information, analysis, and advice in order to bring about end-to-end production evaluations (online cum offline analytics).
The role drives actionable insights & makes business recommendations through analysis of various dashboards, platforms and tools.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Having a good understanding of how analytics works and foresee the impact through insights using dashboards.
- Escalate the problems and coordinate with relevant stakeholders so to fix the issues onsite.
- Ability to make reports, documentation, and read data patterns.
- Troubleshoot onsite problems and report as and when required.
- Deployment and install equipment and modules in the facility and ensure operational readiness 24/7.
- Resolve open tickets and receive calls.
- Experience working on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
