| Job Description: |
Looking for HRIS & HR Operations Executive – for smooth administration & operations of the company’s HCM. Responsible for assuring compliance with internal policies & procedures and is under the general direction of the head of HRD.
Core Responsibilities:
- Act as subject matter expert for the daily workflow of HRIS modules like Attendance (ZKT), Leave, Payroll, ESS, PMS, and Reports with relevant HR Operations thereby.
- Perform audit analysis of existing HRIS functionality by performing statistical analysis & manage permissions, access, personalization & settings of the ESS portal.
- Facilitate project communications & update all orientation materials, system documentation, & end-user communications for safeguarding timely compliance with established policies & SOPs.
- Ability to collaborate and provide functional & technical support for upgrades with surety of data integrity & guidelines for better efficacy.
Core Requirements:
- Excellent technical, functional, analytical & interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of HR/IT experience in a generalist environment.
- Knowledge & experience of legislation, payroll, and business Informatics.
- Highly self-motivated and enjoy working with own imitative with a data-driven mindset and can-do attitude.
