We are seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our dynamic team at Ta'am Ul Khaas (Middle-east Cuisine),  a Project of ISMMART Group of Industries. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment by efficiently cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to the overall success of our kitchen operations.

Requirements;

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following established procedures and standards.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
• Sort, stack, and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff
• Follow proper safety and hygiene practices, including the use of protective equipment and adherence to sanitation guidelines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Prioritize and manage workload effectively, ensuring timely completion of dishwashing tasks during busy service periods.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as dish racks and kitchen equipment.
• Dependability and punctuality in meeting work schedules and shifts.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the operational needs.
• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
