| Job Description: |
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast - manpower planning.
- Develop and implement sustainable talent strategies.
- Advertise vacancies on all major job posting sites, Rozee, Indeed, Olx and on our social media platforms.
- Responsible for generation of Talent Pools, ensuring the requisite competencies as defined in JDs & JSs of particular positions.
- Responsible for initial shortlisting of candidates, keeping in view the approved competency model.
- Responsible for onboarding the new joiners, preparation of orientation plans in coordination with functional departments & liaising with various departments for smooth employee assimilation in organizational culture.
- Coordination with “Placement Offices” of all universities of Pakistan for “Job Fairs” and “Recruitment Drives” arrangements.
