Job Description
- Analyze and Conduct where required, benchmark Drive tests of different locations/cities in the region.
- Analyze and Conduct issue based drive/walk tests.
- Responsible for signaling Monitoring tools Usage.
- Ensure VIP Subscriber Monitoring and issue identification/resolution
- Ensure High level KPI Monitoring and issue escalation
- Responsible for Customer Experience Management and NPS improvement
Essential Skills
- RF Interface knowledge, DT & Performance management tools.
- Good Knowledge of GSM Architecture, Protocols & Call Flows Visio
- Strong analytical skills
Desirable Skills
- Good Communication skills
- Hands on experience of RF
- BSS and Core network knowledge
