We are looking for a self-motivated and dynamic individual to be appointed as:

General Manager – Program Management

The position will serve as a communication point / facilitator providing regular information about on-going project activities to the management and members of the donor cooperation. The other job requirements are as follows:

· Responsible for overall management of the donor funded program.

· Streamline the implementation of donor projects as per guidelines provided by the donors.

· Liaison with the donor and donor supervision mission, create linkages and build relationships with them.

· Perform routine activities with regard to donor coordination, communication and reporting.

· Develop monthly and quarterly project progress reports.

· Assist Finance and Operations in preparing prospective program budgets and determining cost effectiveness of service delivery.

· Create an effective mechanism for compliance, monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment of interventions in accordance with program guidelines and organizational policies.

Incumbent Profile

· Master’s degree preferably in Business Administration / Project Management / Social Sciences / Engineering from a recognized institution.

· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Project Management experience or exposure of dealing with donor would be an added advantage.

· Team player with collaborative management style

· Excellent communication and technical writing skills

· Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
