| Job Description: |
Mainly involved in accounting related matters, all types of taxation, Budgeting Forecasting
- Leading the finance team (accountants of all regions) and reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer.
- Resolving queries of team members on a daily basis;
- Ensure the flow of accounting source documents, their systematic review, and coding and posting to books of accounts.
- Supervise preparation of working papers covering the Companys periodic accounts, financial performance, liquidity, and rolling forecasts for presentation to the Board.
- Supervise preparation of annual accounts of the Company for final review by CEO and presentation to the Board.
- Identify and enact cost efficiencies and process improvement opportunities throughout the Company.
- Oversee and monitor payment of accounts, payroll and other financial transactions.
- Preparation of Annual Budgets, cash flow forecasts and monitoring of performance.
- Monitor accounting records and internal controls.
- Oversee and ensure accuracy of bank reconciliations.
- Coding of financial transactions to appropriate accounts.
- Ensure financial and administrative functions are performed in an efficient and timely manner by managing workloads, monitoring and developing work systems, determining priorities, developing and implementing policies and guidelines.
- Oversee and support the yearly audit with external auditors
- Support the management and board in any financial due diligence activities.
Skills Required
- Possess good accounting experience, Tax knowledge desirable
- Knowledge of Coporate taxation including sales tax
- Excellent eye for detail, diligent knowledge of accounting regulations
- Ability to report to senior management work in team
- Capabilities to supervise, manage and lead staff
- Interpersonal skills
