| The ideal candidate should
- Hold a B.Tech Honors/B.E. degree
- Have 4-6 years of experience in the field of OAN
Job Description
- Closely coordinate with Sales Team for resolution of customer issues immediately after coordinating with inter department teams
- Ensure network availability is above 99% andTCH availability is above 98.5% against assigned area
- Coordinate with vendor to ensure 100% PM is performed against assigned area
- Ensure resolution of T prime cases and oversee network KPIs are met in targeted fueling budget
- Ensure indoor/outdoor installations are maintained as per required standards;follow up for RF TT's and resolution within SLA against assigned area
- Monitor and eliminate fuel theft
- Liaise with RF Planning team so that KPIs (CSSR, DCR TCH blocking) are according to set values
- Ensure 100% availability of Fiber NEs/HUB/ platinum sites
- Execute different ongoing projects from OAN side
- Update outages email correspondence with management and NOC on a timely basis
- Coordinate with OMO vendor for resolution of OMO sites
- Keep track of all HW in assigned area
Essential Skills
- Expertise in BSS Network OM (2G/3G), environment, transmission network (microwave, VSAT andfiber optics)
- Strong data analysis, communication, time management and coordination skills
- Excellent proficiency required in Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, MS Project and Visio)
Desirable Skills
- Sound knowledge of Telecom/GSM structure
- Expertise in Access Network including TXN/BSS
