Job Description:

-Installing and configuring computer hardware and software’s in all locations including Head Office, STM, AWM, Warehouse, Mills, City Office and all company outlets.

-Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems

-Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults

-Configuration of switches / Routers at Head Office,) STM, AWM,) Warehouse, City Office, CEO House and company outlets.

-Analyze equipment performance records in order to evaluate and/or recommend determine the need for repair or replacement for Users.

-Maintaining Security Cameras at Head Office, STM, Warehouse, City Office, CEO House and Outlets.

-Maintaining Bio Metric Attendance Machine at Head Office / STM Factory

-Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies at Head Office, STM, AWM, Warehouse, Mills and Outlets.

-Monthly visit to Factory / Warehouse for smooth working of user under network

-Visit to hafeez center / local market as per requirement of purchasing

-Inventory Management

-Collecting samples from Daewoo and vendors/suppliers.

-Dispatch of samples, bank cheques and cash deposit to banks.

-PTCL phones and EVO bills payment

-Any other relevant task as assigned by the Management.
