| Job Description: |
- Manage E commerce/ online store and its complexities.
- Manager E commerce/ store sales and promotions.
- Assist in formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media. (Facebook, Instagram etc.)
- Collaborate with designers to improve social presence/posts.
- Coordination with the photographer for products shoots also for website & social media.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies.
- Replies of customer inquiries on Facebook page
- Packing and dispatching of the online order.
- Coordination with the courier company.
- Maintain stock list of the online store.
- Carries out all duties and function as directed by the Director.
