Cakes & Bakes is the fastest growing retail chain of bakery and confectionary items, owning more than 50 branches scattered over Punjab and with further plans of immense growth in coming time. Of late we have established our own training center called Cakes and Bakes Training Center (CBTC).

MTP @ Cakes & Bakes is designed to nurture the potential and polish the skills of young graduates. This will provide a prospect for fresh graduates to work in a dynamic environment, and learn retail business processes in real time. The program is focused toward retail selling and branch management. These graduates will undergo six months extensive training. After successful completion of training, they will be placed in our retail sales outlets as Branch Managers. Career path for first 5-6 years is clearly drawn. Next step after Branch Manager is Area Sales Manager (ASM) and further up is Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) where they will have greater span of control.
