Job Description: |
We are looking for a receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors at our office. you will be in charge of giving clients directions to variuos parts of the office, answering phone calls and taking messages, sorting and distributing mail.
To be successful in this role, you will be needed excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a pleasent personality.
Receptionist responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitiors with postive ,helpful attitude.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Helping maintain workplace security by maintaining Visitor's Log Book.
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner.
