We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to help support and maintain our organization's IT systems and infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for monitoring systems, handling routine IT tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support company networks, servers, and systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain camera systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and software installations.
• Respond to IT support requests and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups.
• Help implement IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT operations or technical support.
• Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems.
• Familiarity with network basics (IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
