The Public Relations Lead will help shape how the world sees Safina. Youll be responsible for telling our story, communicating impact, and helping us grow our support networkwhether thats donors, volunteers, or the people we serve.

• This is a junior roleand we dont expect you to have all the answers. Well train and mentor you every step of the way.

Reqired Skills

• Fluency in English this is a must
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent teamwork and professional communication
• Attention to detail and a strong personal work ethic
• Interest in marketing, PR, copywriting, and design
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets
• Some experience with Wix, Canva, or similar platforms
• Basic photo and video editing skills
• Writing experience (blogs, posts, captions, anything!)

Responsibilities (Well Train You)

• Creating social media content (graphic design + direct response marketing)
• Writing reports and making presentations for donors and stakeholders (copywriting)
• Updating and maintaining our website (no-code web design)
• Coordinating and promoting volunteer and project activities (people + project management)
• Running and supporting fundraisers (including paid social campaigns)
