Job Description:
  • Financial Record Management:Maintain and update financial records, general ledgers, and other accounting data.
  • Accounting Processes:Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and other transactions.
  • Financial Reporting:Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Account Reconciliation:Reconcile bank and credit statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Compliance:Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Audits:Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Client Communication:Communicate with clients regarding billing, payments, and account issues.
  • Problem Solving:Identify and resolve account issues, queries, and discrepancies.
  • Data Analysis:Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Tax Preparation:Assist with tax preparation and compliance.
