KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Maintain strong working relationships with different departments, particularly the media and communications team
- Support to the Media and Communications department in managing donor database comprising of numbers, details, and particulars.
SCOPE AND AUTHORITY
Responsibility for Resources:
- Extending secretarial support to the media and communications department in updating hard and soft material
KEY LEARNINGS
- The following are the main learnings that the role holder will experience:
- Collecting donor data from different platforms and mediums
- Creating a database of all data
- Communicating with donors and answering queries
- Assist in drafting and pitching new asks and appeals
- Collaborating with the team on new ideas, directions, and venues for communications-related activities
- Assist in developing social media content (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Assist with special events
