We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and meeting assigned sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain client records and update CRM system with relevant information.

• Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

• Participate in market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development (1–3 years preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
